![New Year, new Zoom class schedule! We rearranged the schedule a bit and added a Wednesday 6:45 am class. Online classes are available 6 days a week, 9 classes per week!
You only need two kettlebells to attend class. One bell you are comfortable lifting overhead and a heavier bell for swings and lower body strength exercises. Of course, if you have more bells, the more, the merrier!
