![New Year, new Zoom class schedule! We rearranged the schedule a bit and added a Wednesday 6:45 am class. Online classes are available 6 days a week, 9 classes per week!
You only need two kettlebells to attend class. One bell you are comfortable lifting overhead and a heavier bell for swings and lower body strength exercises. Of course, if you have more bells, the more, the merrier!
If you would like to purchase bells, my three favorite brands are Kettlebell Kings], @dragondoorpublications, and Kettlebells USA®]. Kettlebell Kings] and Kettlebells USA®] are having a sale, and @dragondoorpublications has gotten many of its best-selling kettlebells back in stock.
